The Irish Deer or Giant Deer via Paleontology

Elk… that’s an Irish elk… Megaloceros giganteus… Although, they were actually ranged across northern Europe and Asia from Ireland to Siberia, and aren’t related to modern American Elk (or Wapiti) or the modern European Elk (that is called a Moose in America becaus eof the Algonquin). Anyway, that’s an Irish Elk (at least in the British Isles).
