Ongoing website issues

It looks like https://cjmoseley.co.uk is having some serious problems. I have contacted the host company twice now and have been given the run around.
So I’m looking at other options. Which might involve me having to change the address of the website (as terrible host companies try to do everything in their ability to keep you with them, accept —you know—actually doing what you pay them for).
Any suggestions where I can get good, reliable, fast WordPress hosting without having to remortgage my soul? I’ve got some ideas already, but thought I should ask here too.
