Author and doctor of clinical psychology Carolyn Kaufman has released a one-page body language cheat sheet of psychological “tells” (PDF link) fiction writers can use to dress their characters.
Entirely Neurotypical Body Language cheat sheet, even so your mileage may vary. Writers, like scientists, should always observe and record behaviors around them, so they can describe them in a story. There are tons and dialects of body language, just like accents in speech. Folded arms, mean something very different in Africa to Greenland, context, as always, is key.
