How to make a fantasy map in Photoshop:
If you are looking to make an awesome stylized world, region, or continent map, I seriously suggest you check this guide out. It is what I have been using to make my maps recently. It is very easy to follow and extremely easy. It doesn’t take more than an hour or so to make a map (depending on how detailed you are).
Pretty good, although it fails to take prevailing winds and rain shadow into account…
